Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before production or procurement

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on whether supplier commitments, procurement, customisation, production or logistics costs have already been incurred.

Custom and made-to-order products

Customised, imported, made-to-order or project-specific products are generally non-refundable after written order confirmation or commencement of work, except where required by law or expressly agreed in the contract.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or verified customer bank account, less documented non-recoverable costs where contractually permitted.

Disputes

Customers should contact corporate@paramananda.id and quote the relevant invoice number.
